Lupdo guides
Repeat similar Gmail emails with new details
Updated 27 October 2026
Confirmations, follow-ups and routine replies often share the same steps while names and details change. Lupdo can keep that route so you do not have to rebuild it each time.
Record a new message
Use a harmless draft or your own test address. Start Record a task, open a new Gmail message and fill its recipient, subject and body. Finish recording and save the routine. Decide whether the task should include sending; a draft-only recording does not teach a send action.
Prepare the next message
Choose With changes and enter the new fields. With an AI plan, you can describe what the next message should say. Review the recipient, subject and text before continuing. AI preparation changes the written data; it is not permission to invent a new browsing route.
Keep control of sending
If the recording includes Send, inspect who the message is addressed to and any confirmation Lupdo presents. Never use a real client as an experiment. A completed draft and a sent message are different outcomes: check the one the task is intended to produce.
Scope and limits
Gmail tasks have been confirmed in real use, but that does not certify every account layout, message type, compose variant or extension combination. If several recipient suggestions match, Lupdo should not guess. A changed interface or unsupported editor interaction can stop the task.
Lupdo records your actions in Chrome on a computer. It is not a bulk-mail service, does not find recipients for you and must not be used for unsolicited messaging. Start with one clear routine and verify the actual result.
