Fill a web form from Excel or Google Sheets rows
Updated 27 October 2026
You have a spreadsheet of contacts, products or requests, and every row belongs in the same web form. Copying each field and switching tabs for every person is repetitive work.
Record one complete entry
Open the form in Chrome and start Record a task. Enter one example row, save it in the website and finish recording. Include the steps needed to start the next entry, rather than a final visit to an unrelated old record.
Supply the remaining rows
Open the saved task, choose With changes and paste the remaining rows with their column headings, such as First name, Last name, Email and Job title. Google Sheets can also supply the rows from its open sheet. Desktop Excel itself is not controlled by Lupdo: copy its data into the request.
Create one record for each of these rows. Leave missing phone numbers blank.
Review the number of cases and how columns match the form fields. A client-entry task needs a separate complete run for each client; it is different from copying a whole table into a document.
Run and review
Batch processing requires an AI plan or an eligible trial. Start with a small sample in your own form, check the saved entries, then run the rest. Watch progress and stop if the proposed destination or data is wrong. Check the final list for missing entries and duplicates before rerunning anything.
Limits
This is not a universal import connection to every CRM. The recorded form must be supported, and Lupdo may stop if the website changes or the next control is ambiguous. It does not bypass captchas or two-step verification. Do not expect missing fields to be guessed: review the absence instructions and prepared data.
